Lawyers and so-called "expert witnesses" are "hired guns" - long and short of story. They are hired by the parties involved in order to insure a positive outcome for their client. They are paid to win, and let's face it, were there any real "winners" in this trial? Could Johnny Depp really be considered a winner in this situation? This trial was about two people who, at the time, were very troubled within their relationship. Neither of them were "innocent." In a case involving alleged domestic abuse, media should never have been allowed in the courtroom. Vasquez, at times in this interview, refers to this trial as a negotiation. It wasn't. It was a litigation in which one side "won" and the other side "lost." Vasquez's cross examination of Heard made me cringe in it's rudeness toward Heard. I'm not saying a prosecuting attorney has to be soft or accommodating, but a show of basic respect would have been nice to observe. Ms. Vasquez speaks of the importance of visuals. Johnny was often seen chewing gum, smiling, smirking, and making smart remarks on the stand. The lawyer on Johnny's left kept exchanging words with Mr. Depp and the two of them were often seen to be smiling as if sharing a private joke. This seemed so unprofessional to me. Not a huge fan of this trial or of any of the players, although it certainly hurt the careers of some and boosted the careers of others.

I’m surprised that while Camile did a great job for Depp , she is doing such a terrible job in the Gloria Trevi case, currently happening inPasadena. This is a very big case very big case in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking countries. Her performance so far has been embarrassing. I wish the case would be covered by mainstream American media, because it involves abuse of minors, traff@cking and many other things that would make someone such as Weinst@in or Epst@in seem wholesome and huggable , and yet Camille is blaming the victims

@@denisewalsh6586 I hope the case will eventually be covered by the mainstream media. It really is a very concerning case involving modern slavery and it is currently being carried out in the Pasadena courthouse within LA county. I believe the next hearing will be in October and that will be the case management conference leading up to an eventual trial.

Camille is very impressive. Johnny Depp lost in some ways though because no one who watched that trial could conclude anything other than that he did actually behave quite badly with Amber Heard and that his use of alcohol especially, did contribute to that. However, he did come across as truthful, whereas Amber did not come across well at all though, and came across and very manipulative and willing to lie.
